rubies in your bed, hidden in the lace
patterns on my brain, quietly i chase.
diamonds in your sheets,we desperately repeat
im lost once again, sparkling defeat.

"The Sea Lions Mane"
The sea lions mane puts all others to shame,
Licking his chest like a hot yellow flame,
It blows throught the wind in a furious rage,
Smelling of spices, a rich scented sage.
Small creatures wish only to leap in his hair,
To find themselves buried in locks soft and fair,
To smell the mane's spices of which legends have told
To make their abode in his mane of deep gold.
